Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 24 hours of the purchase (excluding Sunday and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping is calculated by the shipping method you select at checkout. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. If the product is damaged during shipping the buyer will need to take pictures of the damaged goods and send them by email to contact@voltaiccharging.com.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local deliveries are made from 8:00am - 8:00pm CDT. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. We will require a signature to receive the package on all deliveries.
In store pickup: you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 6910 W CREEKHAVE DR APT 717, FORT WORTH TX, 76137. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours (excluding holidays). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00am - 8:00pm CDT on Monday thru Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
